Natsu Tasting Menu at Gaijin, July 25th

Gaijin will host a five-course tasting menu from Chef Paul Virant, celebrating the flavors of summer. Japanese-inspired dishes featuring midwestern ingredients from local farms. Specially curated beverage pairings from bar manager Stella Miller will be available to add to the meal. This is a one-night-only tasting. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
