New Menu Vegan

Native Foods, the vegan fast-casual brand serving plant-based options, has announced the launch of their Spring Menu, now available at all locations including Chicago area locations in Lakeview, Wicker Park, The Loop and Hyde Park.

The Spring Menu draws its inspiration from the colors of springtime. Newly appointed Executive Chef Chris Bertke has developed new creations using ingredients in tune with the new season.

Says Bertke, “It's unique for us to have a menu that changes as the seasons change because most fast-casual restaurant concepts lack that elevated aspect to their menu. The Spring menu’s theme, bold colors, offers customers the opportunity to enjoy holistic vegan options through July 13.”

Szechuan Asparagus Appetizer - Asparagus spears in light tempura batter, peanut ginger garnish, Szechuan dipping sauce

Broccoli Cheddar Soup - Creamy plant-based cheddar soup, broccoli, green onion

Chicken Fajita Cheesesteak - Plant-based chicken fajitas, plant-based cheese sauce, bell peppers, red onion, cilantro, creamy chipotle sauce, toasted baguette, side of your choice

Wasabi Crabcake Sandwich - Plant-based crab cake, edamame cilantro pesto, pickled red cabbage, lettuce, wasabi aioli, toasted hamburger bun, side of your choice

Thai Beef Bowl - Thai beef-style seitan, rice noodles, snap peas, sesame lime sauce, carrots, peanut ginger garnish, cilantro, mint, lettuce, peanut sauce

Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait - Strawberry compote, cheesecake filling, graham crackers, fresh mint
