National Wine & Cheese Day is coming up on July 25th and Spiaggia is celebrating.
Beverage Director Rachael Lowe can pair some of the restaurants' dishes with wines or share her wines for summertime to celebrate the food holiday. See below for a few cheese-centric dishes at both Spiaggia and Cafe Spiaggia.
Caviale e Burrata: Golden Osetra caviar, burrata, and chive
Rabarbaro: cheesecake, strawberry escabeche, mousse, and basil
Dolci Board: crostata, cheese, fruit, crackers
Charcuterie served with Chef's rotating cheese selection, pickles, seasonal preserves, and Foccacia
Burrata with asparagus, snap pea, chive, fennel pollen, and balsamico
Cacio e Pepe: spaghetti with black pepper, olive oil, and Parmigiano Reggiano
Chicken Parmigiana: Pomodoro, provolone, basil aioli, garlic pretzel roll
