National Wagyu Day June 21st at Dolce Arte in Bridgeport with the Wagyu Stars

Wagyu Stars and Dolce Arte (3622 South Morgan Street), are partnering to celebrate National Wagyu Day with a variety of offerings. Wagyu Stars is Chicago’s only company dedicated to Wagyu beef products and introducing three items that will be featured at Dolce Arte in Bridgeport.

First up, Wagyu Stars Italian Beef - slices of Wagyu beef, seasoned with a blend of Italian herbs and spices. 

Next, Wagyu Stars Jalapeno and Cheddar Red Hot Sausages. These sausages provide a fiery kick from fresh jalapenos and a creamy cheddar finish. 

And finally, the Wagyu Hanger Steaks. Dolce Art will be serving Steak Frites with this hanger steak.
