May 1 to May 30, Chef Chico Vilchez will offer six special salsa selections, outlined below, for $2 each or $5 per flight of three (poblano serrano; chili diablo; salsa de pina; ancho chipotle; salsa cruda; habanero borracho).

7:30 p.m. (May 6, 13, 20, 27). On Friday and Saturday evenings, hit the dance floor and practice your skills as DJ X spins Latin beats starting at 11 p.m.
