National Prime Rib Day at The Chicago Firehouse

The Chicago Firehouse restaurant will celebrate National Prime Rib day on Saturday, April 27. From 4-6 p.m., the South Loop steakhouse will offer half-priced Prime Rib Sandwiches in the lounge, featuring shaved prime rib, horseradish and fries ($7; regularly $14). 

Pair your prime rib with happy hour drink specials, including $5 Napa Valley wines by the glass, $3.50 select brews (Revolution Anti-Hero IPA; Stella Artois), and a $6 cocktail of the month (Pineapple Rum Fizz with Bacardi Limon, demerara, lime, orange juice, pineapple and Peychaud's bitters).
