National Paella Day at Nacional 27

Nacional 27 will celebrate National Paella Day (March 27) with a two-day paella party. From Friday, March 25 to Saturday, March 26, guests may enjoy Chef Chico Vilchez's Vegetarian Paella made with roasted vegetables, Manchego cheese and spinach in a garlic cream sauce ($17.95) or Seafood Paella, prepared with shrimp, scallops, calamari and mussels in a piquillo pepper sauce with roasted vegetables ($25.95). Pair your paella with Nacional 27's list of Latin libations, including mojitos, margaritas and house made sangria. The River North restaurant and salsa club is open for dinner and drinks from 5:30-10:30 p.m., followed by DJ-spun music and Latin dancing at 11 p.m.
