National Oyster Day at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse will celebrate National Oyster Day with an early evening party that honors the almighty oyster. On Saturday, August 5 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Lakeshore East lounge will offer $1 oysters, and an oyster shucking demonstration will take place at 5:30 p.m. Attendees may pair their oysters with Gratien & Meyer Cremant de Loire Sparkling Rose for $5 a glass (regularly $10) or Dry Creek Vineyards Chenin Blanc for $5 a glass (regularly $11 and winner of the Pacific Coast Oyster Wine Competition).
