National Oyster Day at GT Fish & Oyster

Not all food holidays are made equal - but National Oyster Day is one we firmly believe should be recognized to the fullest. 

GT Fish & Oyster has joined forces with East Coast based Island Creek Oysters, to go all out in celebration of oysters. 

Beginning at 5PM on Monday, August 5th, diners will have the option to try an “all oyster everything” menu curated by Executive Chef Giuseppe Tentori. All items will utilize Island Creek Oysters in both familiar and uniquely GT ways.

Dig into Oyster Po’Boys, Roasted Oysters with horseradish lemon butter and parmesan, as well endless raw oysters freshly shucked from the “oyster boat” that will be stationed in the middle of the dining room.
