National Meatball Day is just around the corner on March 9th and there’s no better way to celebrate than by biting in to some of the juiciest balls in town.  These aren’t just your average balls either.  Inspired by Executive Chef Mohan Ismail’s Southeast Asian Heritage, RockSugar Southeast Asian Kitchen serves their meatballs with a global twist.

For the Meatball Purists – Spicy Chicken Meatballs

These perfectly rounded meatballs pack a punch.  Made with traditional Thai ingredients - Thai Basil, Mint, Cilantro and Chiles.

For the Balls to the Wall Eaters – Spicy Chicken Meatball Rice Bowl

On top of rice, all covered in spice –Jasmine Rice topped with Spicy Chicken Meatballs, Broccoli, Fried Egg, Crispy Ginger Garlic, and just the right amount of spice.
