III Forks Prime Steakhouse will raise a fork to National Filet Mignon Day (August 13) with a three day steak celebration. A special 12 ounce, premium bone-in filet mignon ($50) will be available from Friday, August 11 to Sunday, August 13 at the Lakeshore East-located restaurant and rooftop lounge.
III Forks offers traditional filet mignon in 6, 8 and 12 ounce portions ($36, $42, $46). Steaks may be topped with a bevy of butters and crowns, including Oscar style (jumbo lump crab, asparagus, hollandaise), Blue cheese (roasted garlic, bordelaise), King's butter (black truffles, garlic, honey, foie gras) and Parmesan crust. An array of accompanying starting courses (lobster bisque; III Forks salad; burrata; PEI mussels) and side dishes (off-the-cob creamed corn; six cheese potatoes; lobster mac and cheese; fried brussels sprouts) complete the meal.
