Nacional 27's chilled seafood dishes will be in the spotlight for three days in celebration of National Ceviche Day (June 28). From Thursday, June 25 to Saturday, June 27, the River North restaurant will offer a special menu featuring seven different ceviche selections, available in the lounge, dining room and sidewalk café. Chef Chico Vilchez's menu includes: Chipotle Salmon; Lobster Citrus; Rainbow; Shrimp & Scallops; Spicy Octopus & Crab; Ahi Tuna & Watermelon; and Peruvian Shrimp.
