May is National Burger Month and The Happ Inn, located in Northfield, is celebrating by offering a different specialty burger each week. Chef Freddy Sanchez's burger month specials include "Carlito's Way," a burger that pays tribute to The Happ Inn's proprietor and renowned North Shore restaurateur Carlos Nieto (May 1-9); BBQ Burger (May 10-16); Lamb Burger (May 17-23); and Chorizo Turkey Burger (May 24-31).
In addition to the weekly burger specials, The Happ Inn overs a bevy of burgers on the regular lunch and dinner menus (Happ Prime Burger; Sunrise Burger; Mushroom & Swiss; Bacon & Blue; Bill Kurtis Grassfed Burger; Mexican Turkey Burger; Falafel & Black Bean Burger).
The Happ Inn Bar and Grill is open Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
