III Forks Prime Steakhouse will offer a Mother’s Day feast in Lakeshore East on Sunday, May 14 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Chef Cedric Harden's special three course prix fixe menu, outlined below, features the choice of salad (III Forks Salad; Steakhouse Wedge), entree (Pan-Seared Red Snapper; Coffee and Coriander Rubbed Tenderloin; Fire Roasted Red Pepper Chicken) and dessert (Texas Pecan Cake; Chocolate Mousse). The fee is $48 per guest. A three course children’s prix fixe will be offered to kids 12 and under for $18 (soup or salad; entree; dessert). III Forks' regular dinner menu will also be available.

Steakhouse Wedge Salad baby iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, Raisin River bacon and Wisconsin blue cheese

Pan-Seared Red Snapper almond basil couscous with fire roasted pineapple salsa

Coffee & Coriander Rubbed Tenderloin smoked tomato demi-glace, truffled mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus

Fire Roasted Red Pepper Chicken herb-roasted potatoes and roasted mushrooms

DESSERT
choice of:

Texas Pecan Cake crushed pecans and shredded coconut in a white cake, layered with whipped cream frosting and candied pecans

Chocolate Mousse miniature milk chocolate chips folded into silky smooth chocolate mousse and topped with fresh whipped cream
