Treat mom to a midday Mother's Day meal fit for a queen. The Happ Inn, located in suburban Northfield, will hold a Mother's Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Chef Freddy Sanchez's menu, outlined below, offers an unlimited array of appetizers, salads and desserts, along with the choice of entree (one per person). A la carte brunch cocktails will be offered, including $5 mimosas and $5 bloody marys.

The fee is $34.95 for adults and $14.95 for children 12 and under. The Happ Inn's regular dinner menu will be served that evening from 3:30-9 p.m. Mother's Day reservations may be made by calling 847-784-9200 or by visiting
