Cochon Volant Brasserie, in Chicago’s Loop, will offer a two-course prix fixe brunch on May 8 for Mother’s Day. The menu, led by executive chef Matt Ayala, includes a choice of salads such as Les Caesar, Les Nicoise and Les Lyonnaise and a hearty second course, with items such as Avocado Toast N’ Eggs, Super Green Benedict, Salmon Benedict and Blueberry Quinoa Pancakes.
