On Sunday, May 11th from 10am to 2pm, Beity will be serving their newly launched weekend brunch menu filled with bold Lebanese flavors. Signature dishes include the Labneh Za’atar ($16), made with strained yogurt, za’atar, Aleppo pepper, sumac onions, and mint, and the Eggs & Awarma ($28), featuring muhammara, confit lamb, poached egg, goat cheese, pine nuts, dill, and sourdough pita. In a special tribute to his own mother, Chef Ryan Fakih will also be serving his mother’s favorites, including Ouzi, a stuffed phyllo dough with cucumber yogurt sauce and for a sweet finish, Halva with pistachio and burnt honey. From 10 AM to 3 PM, guests can indulge in offerings like Lobster Benedict, the Brazilian Fried Chicken Bisquit, Rock Shrimp & Crab Ceviche, Sunday Churrasco, Pastries from Mindy's, and more. Brasero will also offer a brunch cocktail menu featuring a variety of refreshments, including the Brasero Mimosa, the iconic Caipirinha, the Bikini Mule, and a classic Spirtz and Bloody Mary. Chef Bill Kim is serving up his mom’s Japchae, a recipe he’s cooked alongside her for years. Limited portions available all Mother’s Day weekend, 15 on Friday, 20 on Saturday, and 20 on Sunday.

This year, Chef Young hosts several exclusive Duck Sel dining events on Mother's Day, May 11 at 1 p.m., 4 p.m. 7 p.m. The seven-course Mother's Day menu will feature dishes such as Magalica Ham Bomboloni with shio kombu, finger lime and egg yolk; Chef Duck Boyardee with "Chicago Caviar," strawberry tomato and manchego; Dry Aged "Peking" Duck with concord hoisin, pancake, leek and more.
