Krafted Burger Bar + Tap

Krafted Burger Bar + Tap is hosting a special Mother's Day Brunch on May 14th, complete with live music and a bottomless mimosa promotion. The brunch menu features a wide selection of  dishes, including both sweet and savory options. And live music will be offered at both the Bolingbrook and Elmhurst locations.


Dusek's is offering a four-course dinner centered around a wood fired oven. The Pilsen neighborhood restaurant will be providing a complimentary toast, has partnered with Roof Crop farmers to purchase bunches of organic locally grown tulips, and will be offering half-off bottles of Rosé. 

Mom can choose her options for each of the 4-courses. Dishes may include Razor clams with pickled ramps and smoked pork consommé, green garlic ricotta dumplings with morels and pea leaves, Slagel Farms Sirloin with crispy potato and umami cream, Berry Cream Puff and more.

Adorn’s Blush & Bloom Mother’s Day Brunch will greet mothers with fresh-cut floral arrangements and live music. This Mother’s Day brunch features breakfast bites, afternoon tea specialties and a beverage from the Hendricks Gin & Tonic Garden. Mothers, guardians, and caregivers can visit the day bar with Four Seasons Chicago Spa and wellness teams, and receive a special gift and sneak peek into the new Spa opening June 1. 

Brunch will be held on Mother's Day from 10am to 2pm in the lake-facing junior ballroom. Brunch is priced at $255 for adults and $85 for kids. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Serving a pre-fixe Mother’s Day Brunch, guests will be offered a buffet-style brunch featuring classic breakfast fare including Free Range Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Greek Yogurt with Lavender Honey House-made Granola and Macaroni and Cheese with aged cheddar sauce, in addition to more dishes from Executive Chef Michael Taus like the Sicilian Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes and Braised Short Rib with a Red Wine Reduction Sauce. The Forester Hotel

On Sunday, May 14, The Forester Hotel will be serving a variety of options with seating times at 9am and 12 pm. Executive Chef Christian Alejandro has developed a menu including classic brunch buffet options and chef stations including a salad station, prime rib carving station, omelet station, assorted desserts, fresh fruit and assorted fresh pastries. Carnivale is offering a Mother’s Day all-you-can-eat brunch buffet. Available from 10am – 3pm, moms and family can select a buffet full of options with Latin-inspired signature dishes. City Cruises

City Cruises is hosting specialty cruises including a Premier Plus Afternoon Brunch on the City River or Lake Michigan with chef-inspired, fine dining, and a selection of wine and classic cocktails, accompanied by live entertainment and views of the city from your table.

Thorn Restaurant & Lounge

Thorn Restaurant & Lounge will be hosting a special afternoon tea service for Mother's Day weekend with seatings available at 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm on both May 13 and May 14. Guests may choose from a curated selection of Teavana Teas and Blooming Flower Green Tea and indulge in savory tea sandwiches and sweet bites. Families will also receive a complimentary photo to commemorate the afternoon. Reservations for tea service are required, and tickets are available online for $65 per adult and $35 per child.

The team at Thorn has crafted a special menu including various savory tea sandwiches such as an English Tea Cucumber Sandwich, Roasted Turkey, Havarti, Dijonnaise on Brioche, Smoked Salmon, and Caper Lemon Aioli on a Mini Bagel with additional choices of Quiche Florentine and Warm Scones. To celebrate with something as sweet - Macaroons, Lemon Tarts, Black Forest Chocolate Cups, Fresh Fruit Tarts, and Madeleine Cookies will be available. Handcrafted cocktails will also be available for $10, and guests can add on Bottomless Mimosas for $18.

Swift & Sons

From 10am-2pm, a menu of Whole Wheat Pancakes, King Crab Stuffed Crepes, Marinated NY Strip Steak & Eggs, Smoked Whitefish and Salmon Platter, and more. The Ravenswood Mother’s Day Market Returns on Wednesday, May 10th from 4-8pm featuring a variety of local shops, artists, artisans, and crafters.

Hosted by the GRCC and Ravenswood Covenant Church, the market located at 4900 N. Damen Avenue near Winnemac Park will feature everything from sweets and baked goods to beauty products, skincare essentials, handmade jewelry, original artwork and more. Plus, live music by Farmers Market favorite, Teel Short.

This year, as a gift to Moms from the GRCC, the on-site massages provided by Inner G Restorative & Holistic Care will be complimentary during the first and last hour of the market (4-5pm & 7-8pm). The complimentary massages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and 10 minutes long.  Massages from 5-7pm will be available for purchase for $1 per minute.

Geja's Cafe

Mom will receive the gift of fondue, flowers, and rose wine – Along with her meal, a complimentary glass of Louis Pommery Sparkling Rose and a long-stem rose will be gifted to every Mom who dines.

Truth Be Told

The downtown Park Ridge spot, recently expanded and renovated, hosts their Mother’s Day Brunch buffet that includes preparations like Nutella French Toast, bacon and eggs, Short Ribs, Ham off the Bone, Chopped Salad, and an array of housemade desserts, plus items like chicken tenders for the kids. Served 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., pricing is $39.95 for adults, $14.95 for kids 6 – 12 years, and $9.95 for kids 2- 5 years. 


Michael Lachowicz’s French Brasserie in Winnetka, which recently launched regular weekly hours for Sunday brunch, will host a special brunch service for Mom this Mother’s Day. Happening from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., guests will be offered their choice of three courses for $69 per person. Selections include Lachowicz’s house-smoked salmon platter, Spinach & Gruyere Quiche with Morel Cream Sauce, and a Prime Bistro Steak & Eggs with Potato Gateau and Bearnaise Sauce. Dinner reservations ($89 per person) will be available from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., and will offer a three-course menu as well, including selections like Country Style Duck Pate, Spring Pea Soup & English Pea Custard, and a Duo of Australian Spring Lamb. Desserts for both brunch and dinner include housemade creations of Mango Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis, and a Chocolate Mousse & Berries Tart with Salted Caramel Crème Anglaise. 


VIOLI, the Greek-inspired cuisine by DineAmic Hospitality in Chicago's Western Suburbs, will be serving both brunch and dinner on Mother's Day. Brunch service begins at 10am.

This Mother’s Day, Lure Fishbar will be offering a special Mother’s Day brunch and dinner. The Board Room by My Char.CUTE.rie will create a spring-inspired menu of sharable plates, a mimosa bar with surprise treats, towers of bubbles and spritzers, a 25-ounce Whole Board Bloody Mary topped with charcuterie, and a rose for each mom.

Park Hyatt Chicago’s 7th floor, upscale dining destination, NoMI, is offering a 4-course, prix-fixe brunch menu for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 14 from 11 a.m - 5 p.m.

Guests can celebrate their moms with brunch items, all while viewing seven stories above the Magnificent Mile. Menu options include Asparagus Salad with white & green asparagus, shaved parmesan, cremini, gribiche sauce, and fried basil; Snap Pea & Roasted Cauliflower with sugar snap peas, herb roasted cauliflower florettes, arugula, mizuna, fresh basil, heirloom tomato, and vinaigrette; Chateaubriand paired with rosemary jus; Red Snapper served with grapefruit creme; and a collection of desserts including Macarons, Strawberry Shortcake, and Chocolate Pots de Creme.

I|O Godfrey at The Godfrey Hotel

I|O Godfrey, the hotel’s year-round rooftop located in River North, will be offering a special Saturday, May 14 dedicated Mother’s Day brunch buffet to celebrate mom the weekend of Mother’s Day. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. all attendees will be offered a variety of specialty menu items including classic breakfast and brunch selections, an omelet station, eggs benedict, pancake and French toast stations, a carving station, salad bar, pastas, sushi station, a dessert station, and more. Stan’s Donuts & Coffee is welcoming an Italian sweet treat to their lineup this May, introducing the mini bombolini, available in two flavor options - strawberry filled topped with granulated sugar and chocolate pastry cream filled topped with powdered sugar. Soul & Smoke offers catering and pre-ordering packages for Mother's Day. Their specialty package, the "Greatest Hits for Four '' is one pound of Smoked Prime Beef Brisket, 1 Full Slab of Ribs, Shrimp & Grits, Mac & Cheese, Cornbread Muffins and Chef D'Andre's signature BBQ sauce. 

The Dearborn

For brunch, Chef Aaron Cuschieri is offering Lobster & Caviar Deviled Eggs made with French Maine lobster, Imperial Daurenki caviar, crème fraiche and chive, Maple & Pecan French Toast made with fresh stone fruit, maple syrup, candied pecans, mascarpone Chantilly, and a Blueberry & Violet Pavlova made with violet sugar meringue and blueberry compote served with crunchy pearls and flowers. Additionally, Beverage Director Sarah Clark is offering the "Generations" cocktail lineup, four new cocktails honoring the matriarchy of women who make up The Dearborn's founding family.

Farm Bar Lakeview

Farm Bar Lakeview is offering a number of special food and beverage items, including Carrot Cake French Toast made with Dulce de Leche, Macerated Berries, White Chocolate Pearls, Crab Cake Benedict served with Poached  Eggs and Hollandaise atop an English Muffin and served with a side of Home Fries, and a MOMosa, a peach-flavored mimosa made with peach juice and prosecco. They are offering a complimentary MOMosa to all mother figures who stop in for brunch on May 14. Reservations can be made via Resy. 


Lírca is teaming up with St. Germain and Grey Goose Essences, who will be on site on May 14 giving out succulents for all moms who dine for Mother’s Day dinner. In addition to the all-day menu, Lírica will be offering specialty items just for Mother’s Day. Special menu items include Herb-Crusted Lamb Lollipops made with Mint Pisto, Crispy Parmesan Potatoes and Arugula, Pan-Seared Halibut made with a Marcona Almond Butter, Asparagus and Cranberry Gremolata and Roasted Mushrooms and Baby Carrots with a Spring Pea Puree, Pickled Fresnos, Quicos and Manchego Cheese. Offshore Rooftop

Offshore Rooftop is offering Mother’s Day brunch this May 14 with a flower popup, special brunch menu. Offshore Rooftop is teaming up with St. Germain who will be providing flower bouquets for all moms who dine at Offshore for Mother’s Day brunch. In addition to their normal brunch menu, they will be offering specialty items just for Mother’s Day including Quiche Lorraine with Bacon, Spinach, Tomato and Swiss Cheese and a Vegetarian Frittata with Asparagus, Mushrooms, Shallots, and topped with a Baby Arugula Salad. Sepia will be opening its doors for a special brunch service beginning at 10:00am until 3:00pm. Guests can select the pre-fixed brunch menu starting at $79 per person for adults and $40 per person for children 12 and under. To start, Prosciutto Tartine, Smoked Salmon Rillettes, Basil Marinated Strawberries, and more. For the main course, diners can choose between Croque Madame, Shakshuka, Short Rib Hash, Eggs Benedict, and more. Guests can book reservations on OpenTable.

The Smith

Guests of The Smith can choose from a variety of brunch offerings including Churro Waffles, Vanilla Bean French Toast, Avocado Toast, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, their signature Mac & Cheese, and much more. With the purchase of an entree, guests will receive a free brunch cocktail of their choice. On Mother’s Day, The Smith will also have a variety of specials for mom. 


A three-course set menu for $85 per person featuring dishes from the regular seasonal menu alongside special additions for the holiday. The antipasto special is a Mediterranean Octopus Carpaccio with Taggiasca olives, celery and Bottarga. Specials for the pasta or segundo course include a Lobster and Potato Ravioli with a tomato crustacean sauce and spring vegetables or Stinco di Agnello featuring a roasted grass-fed veal medallion, sage and prosciutto, chardonnay reduction, new potatoes and asparagus. For dolce, the special is an Almond Croquant Semifreddo with a Sbrisolona crumble and amaretto sauce. Mother’s Day hours will be from 11 AM - 4 PM. Reservations can be made via Resy. 

Michael Jordan's Steak House Chicago 

Michael Jordan’s Steak House Chicago will be offering a special brunch menu including a selection of spring-inspired brunch specials such as Fried Chicken and Waffles with Sriracha Maple Syrup, Rudy's Famous Chilaquiles, Steak and Eggs with Poblano Pepper Hash and Shakshuka. 

FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar

A 3-course brunch featuring Delta Asparagus Soup with Blue Crab, Spinach Salad, Salmon Filet, Grilled Petite Filet, Rotisserie Chicken and more. End brunch on a sweet note with a choice of Creme brulee, Raspberry Mousse, or Chocolate Tart. Brunch will be available on Sunday, May 8 from 10am to 10pm. Brunch is $54 per person.

All Too Well

A Mother’s Day picnic basket from All Too Well in Lincoln Park available Wednesday, May 10 through Sunday, May 14. For $40 each, the Mother’s Day picnic baskets include a selection of two sandwiches, one dip or spread and two desserts from West Town Bakery. Sandwich options include Cin’s Eden with house chicken salad, nuts and seeds on tomato focaccia, T & Bree with prosciutto, salami, Brie cheese, pickled golden raisin, and fig chimichurri on ciabatta panini style, Cousins with tomatoes, feta, beet pesto, baba ganoush, sliced red onion, and arugula on tomato focaccia and more. Dip and spread selections are served with Pita Chips and include a choice of Baba ganoush, Hummus or Whipped Brie & Fig Spread. Oda Mediterranean Cuisine

Oda Mediterranean Cuisine in Andersonville will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m on Sunday, May 14 and feature a four-course dinner for $50 per person. Lady May

Treat mom to Mother’s Day brunch with a coastal Southern-inspired feast at Lady May (405 N. Wabash Ave.). Lady May’s menu features a selection of raw bar offerings; snacks like Boiled Peanut Hummus and a Fried Pickle Plate, along with larger dishes such as Short Rib Helper – fresh rigatoni with bone marrow and black truffle; Duck & Dumplings – duck confit, English peas and herbs; and a Pork Chop with tallow sweet potato, collard greens and mushroom master gravy. To complement the culinary offerings, Lady May has a bar program featuring twists on classic cocktails, such as the “Sotol Pineapple Mojito” made with Los Magos Sotol.

Ina Mae Tavern

With live music happening from 12-3 PM, Ina Mae Tavern is offering their full brunch menu (from 11-3 PM) with selections such as Shrimp & Grits, Biscuits & Gravy, Po’ Boys, and more, moms will also receive a complimentary mimosa & beignet (with a purchase of an entree).


Tanta’s (118 W Grand Ave) annual Mother’s Day brunch is back with Tanta’s Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet, featuring all-you-can-eat cold and hot stations where you can select dishes such as cebiche, shrimp and salmon, salad, tequeños, poached eggs, and fried pork belly. Each guest will then be able to order one entrée that will be served tableside (whether dining on the rooftop or indoors!), with selections ranging from Peruvian rotisserie chicken, linguini pasta, stir-fry, and more.

Travelle is honoring Mom’s and the women in our lives with a day filled with celebratory activities starting with a Mother’s Day Brunch. Executive Chef, Damion Henry’s east features a Caviar Station, seafood displays, Prime Cuts Carving Stations, Live Hand-Rolled Osaka Sushi, Norwegian Smoked Fish and Accoutrements, desserts, complimentary champagne and bites for the little ones. Live music will be provided by an acoustic duo. 

In the evening, Travelle is offering a Mother’s Day Prix-Fixe Dinner featuring dishes from Chef Henry such as Maine Lobster Cassa Recce Pasta and Wagyu Short Rib.
