Morton’s The Steakhouse Launching Limited-Time $49 Summer Showcase Menu

Morton’s The Steakhouse has a new Summer Showcase three-course menu that will be offered from May 17 - August 15, for just $49. Guests can add a bottle of Butter Block Chardonnay or Communion Pinot Noir Santa Maria Valley for $49. The menu is as follows:

Starters - choice of

• Caesar salad

• Taste of Toast - avocado & tomato, classic Waldorf, pimento & giardiniera

• Summer tomato bisque

Entrees - choice of

• Antipasto salad with grilled jumbo shrimp

• Crispy chicken Bianco

• 6oz filet mignon

• Ora King Salmon with warm farro salad, spinach, roasted peppers, feta cheese

Sides - choice of

• Charred broccolini

• Mashed potatoes

• Summer squash orzo with arugula pesto

Dessert - choice of

• Chocolate mousse

• Mixed berries, short cake, whipped cream

• Creme Brulee
