Pre-Order Gourmet Pies & Breads Benefitting Pilot Light
This Thanksgiving season, Free Rein will offer festive pies, gourmet cookies and fresh baked bread available for pre-order beginning November 8. Executive Pastry Chef Evan Sheridan has created a special menu featuring spins on holiday favorites including Brown Sugar Pumpkin Pie, Dark Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, Gingerbread Cookies, Autumnal Macarons, Brioche Pull-Apart Rolls and more. To make this even sweeter, Free Rein will donate 10% of proceeds from Thanksgiving dessert sales to Pilot Light, a local charity aiming to help children make healthier food decisions. Free Rein will accept pre-orders starting November 8 and guests can pick-up desserts through November 25. Pre-orders must be made within 72 hours of pick-up time and 50% deposit is due at the time of order.

Seasonal Fall Favorites & Gourmet Pies
Free Rein will be open all day this Thanksgiving. Executive Chef Aaron Lirette’s menu will feature seasonal dishes including Cauliflower Soup with black cardamom, poached cranberries, red verjus; Honey Nut Squash with fermented apple; Duck breast with chestnut puree, cranberries; Brussels sprout gratin, bacon marmalade. Guests can end their meal on a sweet note with gourmet Thanksgiving pies created by Pastry Chef Evan Sheridan including the Double-Crust Honey Apple Pie, Brown Sugar Pumpkin Pie with coffee chantilly and Dark Chocolate-bourbon Pecan Pie.

Thanksgiving Day Boozy Brunch
The classic American diner located at the forefront of Virgin Hotels Chicago will offer a special Thanksgiving-inspired brunch menu to kick-off your day of eating. Guests can enjoy the mimosa bar with a variety of flavors including southern peach, grapefruit and guava nectar ($10) plus tasty brunch items like “You Talkin’ Turkey”, a turkey plate with all the fixins’($15), Chicken & Waffle Bowl ($19) and Short Rib Hash with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce ($17). Available on Thanksgiving Day only.
Thanksgiving Feast To-Go
Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at home with a little help from Virgin Hotels Chicago’s Executive Chef, Moosah Reaume. Miss Ricky’s, classic American diner, is providing Thanksgiving “Dinner is Served” to-go menu featuring a feast of holiday favorites for 6-8 people. The menu includes: White & Dark Meat Turkey with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Herb Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Hawaiian Rolls plus Pumpkin Pie and Whipped Cream to end on a sweet note. All orders must be placed by November 19th to be picked up on Thanksgiving Day.
