Montreal's Joe Beef and Chicago's The Loyalist Collaboration Dinner May 5

Montreal restaurant, Joe Beef, is coming to The Loyalist for one night of collaborative cooking with Chef John Shields during the weekend of the James Beard Awards in Chicago.

With an exclusive a la carte menu, complete with a list of unique wines by the glass and special cocktails for the evening, Chicagoans can enjoy a specially curated experience by Chef Marc-Olivier Frappier of Joe Beef, Mon Lapin and Le Vin Papillon and John Shields, owner and chef at Smyth + The Loyalist.

For one night only, Sunday, May 5, two options for reservations are available for the evening:

• For groups of 5-8, a separate reservation allows the Joe Beef team to take the work out of your hands and decide your menu for the evening. Come hungry!
