Monarch and Lion Opening this Summer - British Pub Coming to Chicago's Streeterville Neighborhood

Soirée Hospitality (Rooh Chicago, Bar Goa) announces the opening of Monarch and Lion in Streeterville this summer.

The team has brought on London-based Chef Jitin Joshi in collaboration with Soirée Hospitality Corporate Executive Chef Boo Kim to present a menu based on Great Britain’s pub culture.
