Mindy Segal Bakery Pop Up at Goddess and Grocer in Bucktown August 20-21

The Goddess and Grocer is teaming up with neighbor and baker, Chef Mindy Segal. The pop up will be at the Bucktown location (1649 N Damen) and will feature handmade bagels, bialys, stuffed croissants, and more.

Menu: 

Bagels - plain, sesame, everything, black russian, zaatar 

Bialy - caramelized tropea onion with fromage blanc 

Schmears - plain, chive, smoked salmon 

Savory Danish - BLT & summer veggie with egg 

Danish - sweet and sour cherry with brown butter custard & almonds

Croissants - chocolate & halva, cubano, cane sugar
