Latest update: Mile High Cocktail Club at Four Seasons Chicago Unveils Jeppson's Malört Cocktail with Handshake Speakeasy

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago has announced the extension of Mile High Cocktail Club, now running through March 31, 2025. In celebration, the bar will launch a new secret cocktail featuring Chicago’s Jeppson's Malört. 

Handshake Speakeasy has crafted a new addition to the menu: the Handshakes Handshake. Inspired by the “Chicago Handshake” pairing of Malört and a local beer, this rendition features Bombay Sapphire Gin, grapefruit, Malört, dry vermouth, and grapefruit soda. The cocktail is available exclusively as a secret menu item, guests must be in the know to order this limited-time creation. Handshakes Handshake will be available beginning March 1st through the end of the month. 

Located on the 46th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, guests can choose a two-drink package or a four-drink experience that includes a welcome glass of Champagne. Menu options Include:

  • SALT -N- PEPPER: Ilegal Mezcal, strawberry, yellow bell pepper, habanero, and salt. Fruity / Spicy / Long.

  • EARL GREY: Bombay Sapphire Gin, Earl Grey tea, bergamot, lemongrass, and Nami Sake. Citrusy / Fresh / Long.

  • OLIVE OIL GIMLET: Cazadores Blanco Tequila, olive oil, apple, rosemary and Lillet Blanc. Round / Zesty / Short.

  • CARIÑO: Bacardi Reserva 8 Años, Yellow Chartreuse, vanilla, lemon, Greek yogurt, and nutmeg. Creamy / Fresh / Short.

  • BUTTER MUSHROOM OLD FASHIONED: Angels Envy Bourbon, brown butter, mushroom, maple, and walnut. Complex / Nutty / Short.

  • TOMATO IS A FRUIT (unique to Mile High Cocktail Club): Grey Goose Vodka, tomato, coconut, strawberry, and citrus. Fruity / Savory / Short.

The Mile High Cocktail Club is now open through the end of March. Reservations are required and can be made on Tock.
