Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Milagro tequila dinner on Saturday, February 27. The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a four course meal at 7:30 p.m. Participating guests will learn the history of Milagro tequila, sip a variety of neat pours and enjoy modern Mexican dishes paired with tequila cocktails.
Chef Hector Rivera's menu, outlined below, features Sope de Brisket to start, followed by Sundried Tomato Chipotle soup, choice of entree (Pork Tenderloin with chile de arbol sauce; Redfish with Langostino corn sauce) and Key Lime pie to finish. Each course will be paired with a creative tequila cocktail. A representative from Milagro tequila will lead this fun and educational tasting event.
