For the National Sandwich Month in August, Miki’s Park—the recently opened Korean-inspired bar concept in Chicago's River North neighborhood—will offer its K-F-C Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich with Gochu aioli, tangy slaw, and housemade pickles for $12. For every sandwich sold, Miki's Park will donate $1 to Children’s Home and Aid, a child and family service agency in Illinois that links children to a network of opportunity and care, to extended family, teachers, mentors, and the resources of their neighborhood and community.
