Black History Month Business Feature | all month long
To honor Black History Month in February, the Market is featuring Black winemaker, Shamartier Wine with offers by the glass for $14. Owner Shamartier Rose will be in the Market on Tuesday Feb 13th and Monday Feb 26th offering samplings to Market guests from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Blissful Blooms’ Valentine’s Flower Arrangement Workshop | Wednesday, February 7 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Stop by the Market for an evening with a Valentine’s Flower Arrangement Workshop. Learn how to create floral arrangements for your special someone, close friend, or yourself. Florists from Blissful Blooms will guide you through the floral arrangement process, sharing tips and tricks to create bouquets. Tickets are $90 per person and include florals and foliage, an envelope box, and $25 credit to dine at the Market before or after the workshop.
Everything Countz and Lizzy J Cafe at the Market for a special Mardi Gras celebration. The two Market vendors are teaming up for a special “Back to Bourbon Street” Pop-Up Kitchen and seated dinner the week of Fat Tuesday for a Mardi Gras bash.
February 9-11: The “Back to Bourbon Street” Pop-Up Kitchen will feature Mardi Gras-themed food, drinks, and decor to celebrate all weekend long at the market.
February 13from 6 - 9 pm: Lizzy J Cafe and Everything Countz have curated a collaborative special multi-course menu to offer an elevated “Taste of ‘Nawlins’ Chefs’ Table” featuring items including Collard Green Creole Soul Rolls, Cajun Pasta, Red Velvet Funnel King Cake, and more. Tickets for the dinner are $75 per person and include a welcome drink from Uncle Nearest and six courses.
Bocce Ball with American Bocce League | Tuesdays beginning February 13
Participate in a little mid-winter competition with Bocce Ball at the Market. The league runs every Tuesday for six weeks in partnership with the American Bocce League.
Galentine’s Day at Tony’s Rooftop | Wednesday, February 14 from 6 - 9 pm
Bring your gal pals to Stadium Bar on the second floor at the Market on Valentine’s Day for a special event with Chi-Society. In partnership with Hendrick’s Gin, the evening will feature specialty cocktails, a live DJ, glitter tattoo artist, and more. Plus, Chi-Society will be giving away swag bags and complimentary classes to top Chicago fitness centers.
Sushi Making Class with Madai | Monday, February 19 at 7 pm
Guests are invited for an interactive sushi making class with Sushi Chefs Ismael Lucero Lopez and Martin Martinez. Attendees will learn the art of sushi making and discover the secrets behind creating rolls and nigiri. This in-person event takes place in the Event Kitchen at Time Out Market Chicago.
The class begins by learning how to make Maki and all of the techniques involved. Attendees will also be treated to a four piece Omakase made by the chefs and two glasses of wine. Tickets are $125 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
