Michael Jordan's Steak House Chicago Celebrates National Burger Month with Exclusive Weekly Burgers

Michael Jordan’s Steak House Chicago is celebrating this year’s National Burger Month with new burgers hand-created by Executive Chef Craig Couper. Each week of May, Michael Jordan’s Steak House Chicago will serve a new creation, each with more culinary difficulty than the last, to honor the great career of Michael Jordan himself. From May 10 – 16, Chef Couper will be serving The MVP-Aged Cheddar with bbq’d nueske bacon and caramelized onions on a pretzel bun for $21. From May 17 – 23, The Champ-Champagne with battered Vidalia onion rings, blue cheese and 23 Steak Sauce all on a buttery brioche for $21. And finally, closing the month on a high note, THE G.O.A.T with dual-dry-aged prime beef burger patties, butterkäse cheese, charred sweet onions and cabernet mustard all on an artisan sourdough will be available for $23.
