Craft Cocktails Prix Fixe Collaboration Dinner Mexican River North

Cantina Laredo will welcome guests for an exclusive evening featuring Mi Campo tequila on Saturday, December 21. The dinner party will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a four course meal at 7:30 p.m. Chef Daniel Espinoza's modern Mexican menu (outlined below) features chilled seafood medley, braised goat barbacoa, crispy charred adobo chicken and rompope creme brulee. Each course will be paired with a Mi Campo tequila cocktail.
