This “Día del Pare” Mercat a la Planxa celebrates all dads with a Triple “B” Brunch featuring a Burger, Beer and Buñuelos. Treat dad to a house made Spanish-inspired burger with a serrano, chuck roll and chorizo patty topped with manchego cheese, padron peppers, and gundilla aioli served on a potato bun with a side of papas bravas with paprika aioli. Aside from the burger, the prix fixe brunch also includes an Estrella beer, and house made buñuelos, Spanish-style beignets, served with a salted caramel sauce. The prix fixe brunch costs $25 per person.
