Mercadito and Carnivale will be offering specials in honor of Mexican Independence Day and National Guacamole Day, which both fall on Wednesday, September 16.
From Monday, September 14 - Sunday, September 20, Mercaditois offering a limited-time special menu, which includes Chile en Nogada, Pozole Rojo, Pomegranate Guacamole, and a Guacamole Flight, which includes tastes of Mercadito's traditional guacamole, toreado guacamole and the pomegranate guacamole for $18.
OnSeptember 16th, Carnivale will be celebrating by offering guests half price guacamole all day long.
Mercadito (108 W. Kinzie St.) Carnivale (702 W. Fulton Market St.) are currently both open for indoor and patio dining and offer takeout and delivery.
