From Friday, May 28 to Monday, May 31, one dollar from each "Memorial Day Frosé" sold will be donated to Honor Flight Network, an organization that honors our nation's veterans with an all-expenses paid trip to visit the memorials in Washington D.C. Beverage Director Emily Neff's Memorial Day Frosé is a red, white and blue frozen libation made with Proverb Rose, Dimmi liqueur, Pisco Vargas, garden cordial and lemon ($14).
The holiday weekend is the perfect time to soak in The J. Parker's spectacular and unobstructed 180 degree views of the skyline, Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. The retractable roof makes for an all climate, dining and drink destination.
The J. Parker is open Monday-Thursday, 5 p.m.-11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m.-Midnight; and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Breakfast is served in the skies, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
