Happy Hour Asian Mediterranean Steakhouse

Inside the story: Mediterranean-Asian Steakhouse, SuSu, Launches Happy Hour with $10 ’Tinis, $6 Mezze, and More

SuSu, the brand new West Loop Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian inspired steakhouse just dropped a post-work ritual featuring mini martinis, a Wagyu burger, and a selection of small bites for $12 or less.

Chicagoans can indulge in bites by Chef/Partner Alexander Willis, who channels his Lebanese heritage and travels through East Asia in dishes like the Labne Tabat, an elevated take on onion dip with caramelized onions, pickled ramps and crispy fried leeks. Pair it with the green garbanzo bean hummus with jalapeño tatbila, a prawn parfait with marigold harissa, or a piece of Wagyu kafta with coconut Tajik and sumac onions. Wash it all down with $10 mini martinis your way, dirty or espresso, a strawberry rhubarb spritz with elderflower or a crisp Lebanese Almaza beer.
