Mastro’s Steakhouse will host a Bourbon Whisky Dinner on Wednesday, July 31 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. featuring Garrison Brothers Distillery. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner created by Executive Chef Matt Bedell paired with hand-selected bourbon chosen by special guest host and Garrison Brothers owner Charlie Garrison. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will be donated to Team Rubicon as part of the Garrison Brothers’ Good Bourbon for a Good Cause, a public charity founded by the Garrison Family and their staff in 2018.

Menu highlights will include Bourbon and Citrus-Cured Salmon paired with Small Batch Bourbon, Herb-Crusted Sliced NY Strip paired with Single Barrel Bourbon and more. The complete menu and wine pairings are available below.

MENU: FIRST COURSE Bourbon and Citrus-Cured Salmon with pickled fennel and ginger, house made Blini, chive-spiced crème fraiche Paired with: Small Batch Bourbon

SECOND COURSE Seared Sea Scallop with braised lentil & rainbow chard, blood orange beurre blanc Paired with: Small Batch “Old Fashioned”

THIRD COURSE Herb-Crusted Sliced NY Strip with charred tri-color fingerling potato, oyster mushroom cream sauce Paired with: Single Barrel Bourbon

FOURTH COURSE Chocolate Sin Cake with almond tuille, raspberry gelato, chocolate sauce, blood orange supreme, burnt cinnamon Paired with: Balmorhea Bourbon
