Little Diner's Crew is a dining club for kids between the ages of 4-13 to help expand their palates beyond mac-n-cheese and chicken fingers. Each month they host a dining experience at different Chicago restaurants that allow kids to travel the world through food.
Mariano's is sponsoring Little Diner's Crew Children for Change, a three-part dining and dialogue series taking place this month that will educate and encourage children to discuss and change the roots of racism, social inequality and injustice. Each event will have a different focus: education, social-emotional awareness, and activism and will feature a different cuisine and chef whose personal and professional life took shape in black and brown communities.
