Margeaux Brasserie Master Blender Dinner

Executive Chef Greg Biggers has created a four-course prix-fixe menu to pair with crafted cocktails that highlight spirits from four Master Blenders who are in town just for this event ($95/person). 

Guests will be offered a menu of French dishes including Foie Gras Parfait, King Crab & Caviar, Magret Duck Breast and Banana Baked Alaska all served alongside craft cocktails. Each spirit will be represented by the Master Blender, to educate guests on the flavor profile and development of these spirits. Hailing from France, Master Blenders Pierre Martin Neuhaus of CoquerelJean-Philippe Bergier of Bache GabrielsenEric Duran of Marquis de Montesquiou and Daniel Baudin of Trios Rivières will join Margeaux Brasserie for one night only to share their passion for the world of spirits.
