Publican Quality Bread's baker Greg Wade with his take on the traditional New Orleans King Cake. This sweetened baked loaf is made tender with soft cream cheese, is slightly flaky and rolled with a cinnamon sugar swirl. Local sales will be coated in frosting and festive colored sugar for that look found on King Cakes throughout NOLA. Nationwide delivery of this specialty will include the frosting and sugar on the side to home-decorate for more fun.
