West Town’s Frontier will serve three off-menu pasta specials on October 7-8, in celebration of the marathon. Chef Brian Jupiter’s specials include Rotini with Cod Roe, Tomato Pesto, Breadcrumbs and Parsley ($14), Fettuccine with Merguz Sausage, Piperade and Parsley ($16), and Potato Gnocchi with Lamb Short Rib Sugo, Gouda and Mint ($18).
