Mavens & Aficionados Hosting Antinori Wine Dinner August 13 and 8 Bar Launches New Happy Hour

8 Bar, the downstairs accompaniment to Maple & Ash, has just launched a new 'Golden Hour' happy hour. Guests can take advantage of this new happy hour Monday-Thursday from 4pm to 6pm with a menu featuring:

• $1 Oysters
• $8 Classic Cocktails (currently includes a Martini, Margarita, and a Spritz)

Both deals can be enjoyed on 8 Bar's patio only while the Chicago summer still lingers.

Mavens & Aficionados, Maple & Ash’s wine club, is hosting an Antinori Wine Dinner on Tuesday, August 13th. The dinner will take place at Maple & Ash from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and will include:

• Glen Salva of Antica Napa Valley guiding guests through a tasting of Antinori’s Super Tuscans, Guado al Tasso and Tignanello, as well as several of their bottlings from their California estate. Side by side with a four-course menu by Chef Danny Grant.
