Reporting notes: Maple & Ash Announces the Return of Its Stationed Brunch Experience
Maple & Ash is bringing brunch back in a new form with the debut of its station-driven brunch experience launching Sunday, June 14. Brunch returns reimagined as a customizable dining experience that blends interactive food stations with signature touches.
Designed as a modern reinterpretation of the traditional brunch buffet, the new offering transforms the format into a chef-led, experience-driven service model. The Sunday brunch begins at $95 per person and features a curated selection of live stations, tableside enhancements, and optional premium upgrades.
Guests can explore a variety of interactive stations, including:
Omelette and egg station
Sushi station
Splash station featuring housemade juices and blends
Carving station highlighting filet alongside rotating selections such as pork belly or roasted ham
Classic brunch sides, including bacon, potatoes, and sausage
Pastry and fruit selection featuring offerings from La Fournette
To further elevate the experience, guests may opt into two premium enhancements. The “Baller Upgrade” ($125) includes Maple & Ash’s signature roasted seafood towers and “pasta back” served tableside for the group, offering a more shareable experience. Additionally, the “Champagne Brunch” beverage package ($75) provides an optional upgrade designed to complement the full brunch experience with bottomless champagne with orange juice, seasonal fruits & berries.
“Bringing brunch back at Maple & Ash meant rethinking the entire experience from the ground up,” says Chef Danny Grant, Chef and Managing Partner, “We wanted to move beyond the traditional buffet and create something more interactive, more elevated and unmistakably Maple & Ash.”
Brunch service begins Sunday, June 14, and will be available weekly on Sundays from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
