Mama Delia from Bonhomme Group, has released a new menu created by Chefs Marcos Campos and Javier Recarey. This menu is broken down into new sections: Classic Tapas, Modern Tapas, Carne, Arroces y Fideuá (think Paella), Ensaladas, Para Compañar, and Postre - and includes an expanded paella section, classic options and new dishes made in an open wood-fired kitchen.
