Mago Grill and Cantina has created Lent-friendly dishes at all four of their locations (Arlington Heights, Bolingbrook, Chicago and South Barrington) for those who are looking to enjoy a hearty, meatless meal during Fish Fridays. For the dishes, Head Chef Juan Luis Gonzales pulls inspiration from his Latin roots, specifically from his grandmother’s recipes, to create modern takes on traditional Lentin dishes.  

The new menu items will highlight flavors of the sea such as octopus, mussels, shrimp and salmon. In addition to the dishes, Mago has also created a limited-time offer Mole de la Semana (mole of the week). New menu items are:
