The West Loop's new seafood boil hot-spot, Mad Boiler, officially celebrates its grand opening with a 1-pound Shrimp Boil for just $4.00, from 4pm to 6pm, Friday, July 1. Usually a $14 value, the 1-pound Shrimp feasts allows guest to choose from sauces like Garlic Butter, Sweet Chili, Curry or Louisiana, then dial-up their choice of four heat levels -- all for just $4.00.

Casual 80-seat Mad Boiler is now open in Chicago's West Loop

Mad Boiler is the latest concept from the team of Stanley Liem and Sara Katekaew, owners of the popular Miku Sushi in Lincoln Square. The menu features 1-pound, market price seafood boil options like lobster, crawfish, mussels, crab legs, and more. Guest choose from 11 types of seafood, then select sauce, heat level, and add-ons like corn-on-the cob, sausage, potatoes ($3). Mad Boiler also features lobster rolls ($16), shrimp and oyster Po'boys ($13) along with full bar service.

Mad Boiler Shareable Feast
Guests can also custom-create their own shareable feast from 11 market-price seafood options, then select sauce, heat level, and add-ons like corn, sausage, potatoes.
