Starting February 1st, diners will have access to the Florist at Machine’s selection of eight varieties of roses available for only $3 per stem with reservation. Machine will be providing a selection of specials and activities all month long.
The floral inspiration continues with beverage director Aneka Saxon’s Cocktail Workshop, which will offer two sessions on the evening of February 13th, beginning at 7pm and 9pm respectively. This workshop will focus on Machine’s floral-infused and adorned signature cocktails, and participants will receive a complimentary pick-as-you-pour bouquet that can be crafted during the class. Tickets start at $85 and are available for purchase at DineMachine.com.
Additionally, Aneka has created single-serving versions of two of Machine’s communal cocktails (which traditionally serve 4-6 guests, and aligns with the restaurant’s motto “We All Drink Together”). The Forever Single and the Love Is.. cocktailwill be served in heart-shaped vessels garnished with a fresh rose.
