Who is ready for Mac Madness! The annual ooey gooey weeklong celebration returns Monday, March 21 through Friday, March 25, and Chicagoans are in store for five days of fun and flavor. A new mac n’ cheese creation will be plated up each day of the week by Executive Chef/Partner Amanda Downing. From peppery to truffle-y to just plain delicious, it’s time to get your mac on.
