Lou Malnati's Pizzeria has introduced a limited-time Maxwell Polish Sausage Deep Dish Pizza in conjunction with its partnership with Chicago Fire FC. The release aligns with the club’s July 16 match.
The pizza is based on the Chicago-style Maxwell Street Polish sausage sandwich and includes Polish sausage, grilled onions, yellow mustard, and sport peppers on a deep dish crust. It will be available at Chicagoland locations for dine-in, carryout, and delivery through July 30, while supplies last.
“At Lou Malnati's, we've always believed our deep dish brings people together, just as sports do,” said Julie Younglove-Webb. “Our partnership with Chicago Fire FC is built on creating shared experiences for soccer fans, and this limited-time pizza is a tribute to Chicago's Maxwell Street Polish sausage tradition and the excitement surrounding Chicago Fire FC's newest player taking the field for the first time.”
To mark the launch, the South Loop location will offer samples of the pizza ahead of the July 16 match at Soldier Field, and the brand will host activities and giveaways near the stadium on game day.
