Time Out Market Chicago, located at 916 W. Fulton Market, has debuted Lono Poke. Offering fresh poke and Hawaiian options, Lono Poke is now open.

“It’s been an exciting time at Time Out Market Chicago as we continue to add to our already exciting roster of chefs and vendors,” said Robert LaPata, Time Out Market Chicago General Manager. “Lono Poke is a unique concept and we’re looking forward to sharing its island flavors and ingredients just in time for summer in Chicago.”

Inspired by childhood experiences visiting family in Oahu, Owner Ty Fujimura’s Lono Poke pays tribute to the Hawaiian poke you find at markets in the beachside town of Haleiwa. Lono Poke’s dishes combine gcubes of fresh fish and white rice with toppings like crisped shallots, snappy seaweed and signature “Ono” sauce for a taste of Hawaiian culture.

Menu options include:

  • Da Kine, Ahi tuna, sweet onion, pickled cucumber, seaweed, scallion, ono sauce
  • Ichiban, Japanese hamachi, sweet onion, scallion, jalapeno, cucumber, fried shallots, ono sauce, ponzu
  • Primo, Salmon, sweet onion, pickled cucumber, fried shallots, ono sauce, miso sauce
  • Ohana, Tuna, salmon, hamachi, avocado, pickled cucumber, fried shallot, cilantro, ono sauce, spicy mayo
