LondonHouse Chicago has announced the launch of the PCH Vibes Burger, a limited-time menu item created to support wildfire relief in California. From January 25 through February 28, 2025, a portion of the proceeds from every burger sold will be donated to World Central Kitchen (WCK), a global nonprofit founded by Chef José Andrés that provides meals to those in crisis areas.
The PCH Vibes Burger, priced at $24, is inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Coast Highway. This creation features double-stacked Snake River Farms Wagyu patties, melted American cheese, special sauce, shredded iceberg, sliced tomato, caramelized onion, and house-made bread & butter pickles, all served on a buttery Martin’s Potato Roll.
