Whether you are sporting a four-day wristband or avoiding the crowds at all cost, we have rounded up nine offerings guaranteed to give you that Friday feeling all week long.

Locally renowned bar aliveOne, in Lincoln Park, will gear up for Lollapalooza weekend with music-themed events. Guests can head to aliveOne's back room on Tuesday, July 31, to enjoy tunes of Lolla artists, past and present, from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. Specials will include $2 domestics, and $2 and $3 select craft drafts and cans. Grab a special "The Bruno" cocktail (CH Vodka, demerara syrup, fresh lime juice, and grapefruit La Croix) while listening to one of aliveOne's live performances throughout the week, including sets from Low Spark and DJ Dan Maloney. While there, make sure to check out Chicago's only "all-live" jukebox housing live records from rock n' roll legends. 

Frozen Lolla Lemonade At Castaways

Cool off throughout the weekend at Castaways on North Avenue beach with a refreshing "Frozen Lolla Lemonade," featuring Absolut Vodka and lemonade for $9 each. Festival-goers can recharge while sipping on their boozy treat with beachside fare like fresh salads, wraps, sandwiches and more. Castaways also serves lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and drinks from noon to 11 p.m.

Head to Easy Bar in Wicker Park on Tuesday, July 31 and practice your best dance moves with tunes from Lollapalooza artists past and present playing throughout the evening. Keep the party going with a "Lollaland" cocktail featuring green tea-infused Captain Morgan White Rum, lemon, simple syrup, pineapple, and angostura bitters for $8 each. If you aren't as big of a fan of green tea as we are, Easy Bar also has a whopping 19 beers on tap, and if you come in from 5 p.m. to 7p.m. any day of the week, you can treat yourself to a half-priced drink during happy hour.

Estelle's in Wicker Park will honor the eagerly anticipated festival with a remixed childhood favorite turned adult "LL Cool-aid" composed of CH key gin, Campari, lime juice, and demerara, as well as a "96 Quite Bitter Beings" cocktail featuring Aperol Aperitivo, St. Elder Elderflower, La Marca Prosecco, and lemon juice. While sipping on these summer specialties, groove to music from CKY, Durand Jones & The Indications, LL Cool J and The Regrettes on Thursday, August 2.

What better way to end the work week than with a celebratory pregame at Hubbard Inn? Festival-goes are invited to River North on Friday, August 3 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to enjoy a special happy hour including a complimentary dinner tasting menu. Guests can sample a new menu from Executive Chef Jason Hedin with complimentary passed appetizers including  Manchego Croquettes, Moroccan Lamb Meatballs, Ahi Tuna Tartare and more. While tasting these new dishes, still available are Hubbard Inn's regular happy hour specials like $1 oysters and clams and $3 crab legs. Get yourself festival ready after chowing down with $4 rotating drafts, $5 martinis, or $20 build-your-own sangria pitchers.

Weekend warriors who visit Kizuki in Wicker Park before or after the festival can enjoy a small, house made matcha shaved ice for only $1 when showing their Lollapalooza wristband. Guests can also spoil themselves with Kizuki's "3 for $33" featuring three 22-ounce cans of different types of Sapparo paired with three different Izakaya dishes for only $33. These tasty plates include edamame, chicken karaage, and pork gyoza.

Remedy in Bucktown will highlight music from Lolla artists past and present throughout the week while mixing up a "Rhubarbarellapalooza" cocktail made with Aviation gin, Aperol, lemon juice, and rhubarb bitters for $8 each. Stop by Thursday, August 2 for DJ sets by DJ Delayney spinning from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Looking to grab a drink near Grant Park? Roanoke Restaurant is located less than one mile away from the Lollapalooza epicenter, in the heart of Chicago's loop. Throughout the weekend the restaurant will offer five themed cocktails. 

  • The Rosa Rebelution- Coyote Noble Mezcal, fresh lemon, Peychaud bitters, Fresno syrup, rose liqueur, and lemon swath
  • Walk The Manhattan- Woodford Reserve, Carpano Antica, Averna, and Woodford cherry bitters
  • Grant Park Pisco- Macchu Pisco, rosemary syrup, lime, lemon, egg white, and rosemary infused aromatic bitters
  • Lolla Negroni- Hendricks Gin, Suze Aperitif, Carpano Bianco, vermuth, and grapefruit express
  • Bruno (Mars)garita- tea drip infused El Jimador Tequila, grapefruit oleo, fresh lime, and mole bitters
