The Duplex (3137 W. Logan Blvd), a restaurant and bar featuring rotating menus from local micro-concepts, joins Logan Square’s restaurant scene. The opening menu includes fried chicken sandwiches from The Kluckerz, Mexican-inspired cuisine from Lime and Radish, and a collaborative weekend brunch menu from Partner Chef David Rodriguez -- formerly of Whisk and Son of a Butcher -- and the two tenant chefs. The Duplex plans to rotate the resident menus and concepts every six months, giving a space to budding chefs who don’t have the equity or finances to start their own restaurant.

The Duplex is open six days a week: 4 p.m. - midnight. Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Sundays. Reservations can be made via Tock.

Wild Mushroom Tostada | mixed greens, requeson, tempura battered shaved almonds, avocado mousse

Drunken French Toast | tequila-infused french toast, berry compote, rompope pastry cream served with don julio maple syrup
Lobster Omelette | white cheddar cheese, lobster, bacon, champagne bechamel sauce, served with savory potatoes and choice of toast
P.B.L.T. Sandwich | pork belly, bacon, lettuce, roasted tomate, serrano cilantro aioli on Texas Toast and served with choice of house fries
Birria Grilled Cheese | short rib, American cheese, cheddar, and muenster cheese served on a grilled panini
Banana Pecan Pancakes | two buttermilk pancakes served with fresh bananas and pecans topped with praline sauce
The bar offers a wine menu, beer, and crafted cocktails ranging from the classics to curated house creations of their own. Cocktails include:

LOL | Bols Genever, bourbon, berry liqueur, lemon, orgeat, sugar cane, and cream
